Colombia Coffee Federation Renovation

KAPC was responsible for the renovation of the 2,500 square foot Colombian Center for the Colombian Coffee Federation in New York City. This multipurpose room will be used as an art gallery and as a small lecture hall. An under-utilized lobby area was transformed into a popular visitor dest-ination.

The firm was responsible for architectural design, engineering design coordination, virtual computer modeling, and construction observation and managment. This project was completed in 1999.
