This prototype study was created as a model to be used in the modernization of ten branches for the First Bank of the Americas. It includes a total redesign of the working operation of the branch, with an emphasis on maximizing underutilized spaces, while retaining as much of the existing mechanical and core services as possible. Retail services were expanded, and recaptured spaces were allocated to back office operations. The project was unveiled in 1994.
