Ramakrishna-Vivekananda Center of New York

Ramakrishna-Vivekananda Center of New York is a major center for Universal Worship within New York City. Due to unprecedented growth, the Temple has acquired an adjacent building on East 94th Street to accommodate increased attendance and congregation services. Because both buildings lie in the Carnegie Hall Historic District (designated by the Landmarks Preservation Commission of New York), special attention has been given to high preservation standards while restoring exteriors. An interior reconstruction will allow the Temple to adapt to increased patronage.
